EXPLANATION
Most
public listed companies with female representation in the boards have not
complied with the two-thirds gender rule and this explains why even though most
companies have female representation in the boards the overall percentage of
female representation in the boards is very small, that is to say, 17%, which
far below the required minimum that is 33 1/3%.
